Our Vision...
At MFO, we believe that most men have the capability for greatness, they just often lack the aim or purpose. We all feel that pull to do something bigger than ourselves, we just cannot prioritize or materialize it. Camaraderie feels uniquely attached to men. There is a reason why many men play sports or join the service, it it because of that competitive yet supportive environment in which they feel totally confident and free to flourish. We need more flourishing men. We need a more flourishing society as a whole for that matter, but we are uniquely focused on providing mentorship, coaching and community to like minded men who feel lost, stuck, unmotivated, undervalued, useless or unhappy with their current situation. Even the best of men are open to growth and seek continual improvement. All that is needed is the desire to be better. To be a better Man, Husband, Father, Leader.

Honor Your Father
Whatever your faith, there is acknowledgement that there is a Creator and we are made in that image. On a physical level, whether you have a Great Father, a Poor Father or No Father- it is your duty to seek to work to eclipse your Father. Not for competition or to disrespect, but the greatest honor a father could have is see their son succeed.
Lead With Love
We all can be Leaders. Sometimes Strength and Authority is required. Sometimes Intelligence and Strategy. But a true Leader loves his fellow man and Leads with compassion and a loving spirit.
For the Right Reason
Doing the Right Thing is simply not good enough, you must do it For the Right Reason. With virtuous intent rather than manipulation. The outcome is important, but the path is equally important.
Own Your Thoughts
Be prepared to stand behind your words. If you are not prepared, you need to educate yourself and form your thoughts. Listen and mold your mind accordingly while maintaining a true aim. Fault is OK, but you must be willing to grow. Authenticity of a requirement to impact.
About Me.
I am an incredibly Blessed Father of 3 and a few dogs. I grew up in a large family filled with love and a foundation of Christian belief. I have no traumas to speak of. I truly am so grateful for life and I honestly feel as if God Himself has blessed me. I am looking to earn my blessings through helping others. I believe Sacrifice is the way the Salvation. Whether you sacrifice time, energy, resources, money- living a life for others will set any man on a mission. Being a father is the most fulfilling experience possible and provides the most purpose. That same mindset can be applied to all aspects, an act of servitude and duty to others. Not to be taken advantage of or to receive any credit, but to lead with your actions and to enjoy the journey as a process of growth itself. Living for others provides a more clear perspective on life. I am a Leader, I feel compelled to find my true purpose with this endeavor and look forward to the journey.
